Treat your detox like a vacation. Plan to relax and detox mentally as well as physically. Mark your calendar and make sure there is no travel or major events planned within 2-3 days of your Detox Program.

No coffee, sugar or alcohol. Allow your body naturally to shift into a healthier balance.
Sip slowly with intention. Take the same time to drink your juices as you would a full meal.
Drinking water or decaffeinated teas can help curb hunger and increase detox results.
